Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a related technical leadership role within technology, test & measurement, RF, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of complex technical products and the ability to translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience supporting product launches and managing products through different stages of the lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle for a portfolio of signal generator products, from strategy and roadmap definition through launch, sustainment, and transition to next‑generation platforms.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development to deliver successful product launches and ongoing portfolio growth.
  • Drive execution of multiple new product introductions, ensuring alignment to customer needs, market requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Support business integration activities and ensure continuity of product execution during organizational or portfolio transitions.
  • Act as a product expert and key interface for customer engagement, field enablement, and pre‑sales support, helping teams position and differentiate solutions effectively.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and regional requirements where applicable.
