The Sr Product Manager, Partnership Lead, part of Key Commercial Bank, is primarily responsible for all aspects of the product experience. Responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction to create a best in class product set for the Commercial Bank. The Sr Product Manager role also influences both internal and external stakeholders, providing business development support, leads strategic projects, and has ownership of the P&L. Key is focused on sound profitable growth requiring knowledge of risk mitigation processes inherent within our product set and being mindful of macro environment drivers that may impact our go to market strategy. The role is responsible for: Ability to deliver product training to deepen KeyBank’s sales teams’ overall product knowledge Working with KeyBank partners including third-party contacts, Fiserv, Elavon, and internal KeyBank teams to help use product evangelism to drive new merchant acquiring revenue External customer interaction on an as needed basis to help sales deliver solution demos
