We are seeking a Salesforce Product Manager, for our client. You will acts as the business-side owner, ensuring that the platform drives measurable business outcomes across marketing, business development, and client relationship management. This role partners closely with IT, Information Services and Marketing Data Analysts to define, deliver, and continuously improve Salesforce capabilities that align with business goals. This individual will collect and present business justification for investments, prioritize the roadmap, monitor adoption and ROI, and act as the bridge between end users, executive sponsors, and the technical delivery teams. They are accountable for ensuring the platform remains stable, relevant, and value-generating. This role maintains awareness of how the platform fits within broader business capabilities and adjacent systems and collaborates with domain-level leadership to support coherent, cross-platform outcomes. In addition to roadmap ownership and optimization, this role is responsible for defining and delivering the enablement strategy for the platform, including hands-on training and capability development to ensure users can effectively adopt and sustain Salesforce-driven processes.
