This Product Manager role sits within the Sales Data Science team and owns the strategy and delivery of data, analytics, and AI-powered products that drive measurable improvements in seller productivity and revenue. This role is highly hands-on and analytically rigorous—deeply engaged in data foundations, SQL-driven analysis, experimentation, and causal measurement to prove product impact, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate prototyping and insight generation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, Data, Analytics, or a related technical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and metric definition.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data insights into clear product decisions and executive-ready communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Sales Analytics, Revenue Intelligence, or seller productivity products.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, agents, or generative AI workflows in a product context.
  • Background working closely with Data Science on modeling, experimentation, or feature engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps for Sales Analytics and AI-powered Sales Agent capabilities.
  • Help shape data foundations, models, and experimentation that ensure accuracy, scale, and trust.
  • Lead execution end-to-end: backlog ownership, stakeholder alignment, delivery, adoption, and success measurement.
