RFS powers the critical systems enabling Amazon.com to source millions of products from vendors worldwide, ultimately delighting our customers.

Requirements

• Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to influence and drive consensus across multiple teams
• Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative solutions that enhance our vendor management and procurement systems
• Lead strategic initiatives that directly impact operational metrics and P&L performance
• Partner with vendor management, supply chain leadership, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Apply product management principles to optimize the vendor experience
• Transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions
