We are looking for a Product Manager - Pilates to join our growing organization! Qualifications General Position Summary The Product Manager, Pilates is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Pilates-related products and experiences. This role blends traditional product management with subject-matter knowledge in Pilates and boutique fitness. The Product Manager partners cross-functionally with Fitness, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Franchise/Studio teams to deliver innovative, scalable Pilates programs, equipment integrations, and digital experiences that drive member engagement and revenue growth.

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to model financial projections as it relates to product lines
  • Ability to work with owner/leadership in developing innovative solutions and product enhancements
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Strong presentation skills in a one on one or group setting
  • Travel 30% to 40% - some international travel may be required
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and successfully build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • BS / BA Degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Product Management and or Marketing-related roles
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • Avid Pilates User is a plus, but not essential
  • Trade show experience preferred
  • Personal passion for fitness, fitness industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for Pilates offerings, including class formats, instructor tools, equipment integration, and digital/on-demand experiences.
  • Translate member, instructor, and studio feedback into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis within Pilates, boutique fitness, and wellness to inform product strategy.
  • Partner with fitness leadership to evolve Pilates programming while preserving brand standards and safety.
  • Collaborate with engineering, User Experience (UX) designers and researchers, and data teams to deliver technical and digital Pilates solutions.
  • Lead product launches, pilots, and iterative improvements across studios and platforms.
  • Define and track KPIs such as member engagement, retention, utilization, and revenue impact.
  • Ensure alignment with franchise, studio operations, and instructor training models.
  • Act as the internal subject-matter advocate for the Pilates member and instructor experience.
