Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Product Management experience for web or mobile platforms, with a strong focus on UX/UI design and user-centric solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM platforms.
  • Deep domain expertise in product management strategy, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proven Product Management skills to prioritize tasks, test activations, manage team bandwidth, and deliverables.
  • Experience working with sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Effective presenter and collaborator.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a complex dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Humble, hungry to make an impact, and proactive in taking initiative.

  • Experience in home selling or real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a mobile app experience for dynamic sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Sales CRM for NHCs to enhance their efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Leverage innovative solutions to address challenges in the home-buying process, especially for mobile associates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
  • Ensure the product aligns with company goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM platforms to optimize product functionality.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and tailor CRM solutions accordingly.
  • Test and validate new features and enhancements.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
