  • AI literacy, including working knowledge of how AI/ML, automation, and generative AI can be applied to improve product experience, operational efficiency, decisioning, and developer workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with data science, analytics, and AI platform teams to translate business problems into product requirements, while understanding model limitations, risk, bias, and governance considerations

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a developer-first API program for the onboarding experience, including standards, documentation readiness, sandbox/LA/GA planning, partner onboarding workflows, and adoption enablement.
  • Partner closely with the Agentic Commerce teams to identify opportunities to build agent-ready interfaces.
  • Translate agentic proofs-of-concept into product requirements for delivery, including scope, guardrails, measurable outcomes, and a path to operational excellence (e.g., incident response, monitoring, auditability).
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap with priority on defining measurable impacts (OKRs). Translate business needs into high-quality PRDs, epics, and user stories, ensuring alignment across engineering, UX, and architecture teams.
  • Partner with engineering to support modernization while maintaining BAU stability for in-market products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new partners and support product adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with security, legal, audit, and card brand requirements, proactively addressing findings and regulatory changes.
  • Monitor operational metrics, incidents, and production issues, partnering with support and engineering teams to drive resolution and prevent recurrence.
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for the next-generation boarding experience across product, technology, sales, operations, and leadership forums. Communicate roadmap updates, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform strategy.
