About The Position

The Product Manager IV will play a pivotal role in delivering in-person experiences through product execution and deployment in a scrum-agile work environment. This position focuses on the Events Mobile App, supporting engaging event experiences across the lifecycle of awareness, registration, preparation, on-site engagement, and post-event journey. The role involves managing large-scale customer events, maintaining a product roadmap, vendor management, and influencing product leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly with mobile app features, and a passion for driving innovation in event technology.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with deep expertise in mobile app features.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience in consumer experience, marketing, and digital engagement technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead vendor analysis, maintain vendor relationships, and influence vendor roadmaps.
  • Strong data-driven and metrics-driven decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with agile/scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, dedication, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Impressive presentation skills and experience communicating with audiences from analysts to C-suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop thorough Product Requirements Documentation (PRD) and align with stakeholders for the Events Mobile App.
  • Lead relationships with vendors and internal teams on key in-person features, influencing vendor roadmaps based on organizational needs.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership, identifying and resolving issues independently when possible.
  • Present strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior executive audiences effectively.
  • Facilitate timely decision-making across stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, and other partners to deliver complex initiatives.
  • Represent diverse delivery functions in program/project core team and executive meetings.
  • Build shared understanding on product vision and gain alignment on roadmap and solution strategy.
  • Travel for key events as required, less than 20%.
