The Product Manager for the Go To Market (GTM) Revenue team will lead product strategy and delivery for a cross-functional team in partnership with leaders across Salesforce Clouds and business units. Drawing from a deep knowledge base in Revenue and Finance, you will work closely with partners to enhance Trust with our customers and grow their business. You will drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for several areas of the Quote to Cash platform and GTM stack integration and partner with Business Technology, Technology Core Teams, and Go-to-Market Stakeholders on strategies for net new and in-flight strategic programs, feature enhancements, and cloud integrations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated SaaS product development program implementation and understanding of SaaS business model lifecycle
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills with ability to combine multiple data sources and maintain hands-on detail orientation
  • Deep software development lifecycle experience with ability to apply agile methodologies in dynamic environments
  • Strong credibility-building and communication skills for driving consensus across senior executives and cross-functional teams in matrix management environments
  • Self-directed with entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional work ethic, and proven project execution skills focused on documenting best practices and process improvements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Go To Market processes and systems
  • Experience with eCommerce, Finance, or Revenue processes and systems
  • Experience with Salesforce technology
  • Revenue management experience in Product, Engineering, or Operations role

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and stakeholders to resolve business capabilities and product features needed to deliver business requirements and strategic goals, providing recommendations based on industry and product experience.
  • Develop and maintain multi-track product roadmaps synthesizing customer needs over short and long term, while leading Product Managers and Analysts to deliver high-fidelity epics, user stories, and change management for successful Go-Live.
  • Define product KPIs and use data analysis to advance customer operations across segments, designing key performance indicators and Tableau reporting for Salesforce Revenue Cloud to influence product development strategy.
  • Identify process gaps and simplify current/future processes with automation focus, while collaborating on M&A and Q2C data frameworks and supporting Salesforce Core systems integration strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for alignment meetings addressing release issues and dependencies, and participate in program reviews to anticipate and remove project delivery obstacles with urgency.
