Available Locations: Hybrid - Austin, Seattle, Lisbon, Toronto Role Summary Join the Cloudflare One team as the Product Manager for Gateway DNS, a critical component of our rapidly expanding SASE business. We are seeking a highly technical, entrepreneurial PM to truly own our DNS filtering product and drive its global strategy and execution at massive scale.

Requirements

Technical understanding of DNS and DNS Filtering (what, why, how)
2-5 years working as a product/program manager shipping B2B software/services at scale
Experience working alongside engineering, design, and other parts of a traditional SaaS business to ship products to customers
Excellent customer facing skills (empathy, problem solving, clear and succinct communicator)
Understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (routing, protocols, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Experience with building, supporting, or deploying SASE, SSE, or legacy VPN solutions
Familiarity with endpoint devices, device clients, and differences in enterprise deployments vs. consumer deployments.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
Active participation in industry conferences, publications, or open-source projects related to networking or security

Responsibilities

Write requirements documents and work with engineering and design to build, ship, and support enterprise class software
Work inside the larger SWG / Firewall team to think about how your piece fits in the larger SASE platform play
Join pre-sales and post-sales calls with customers, sales, support, etc., to assist with, and help understand all phases of the customer lifecycle
Support a global engineering, sales, support, customers and partners with a flexible schedule (expect North America and Western Europe engineering team engagements)
Work in a fast paced, dynamic and interrupt driven environment
