As the Product Manager, you will be part of Experian's Fraud and Identity product team. You will manage and develop products, innovations, and propositions that support our clients across various industries. You will execute product strategy, new product development, and innovation, translating strategy into product roadmaps and collaborating on marketing plans. You will report to the Senior Director, Identity and Fraud Product Management. You'll have the opportunity to: Product Management: Manage products within Experian's Identity and Fraud suite through the entire product lifecycle. This includes conceiving and building out new concepts, driving software development projects, launching high-quality new products and use cases, improving and enhancing mature products, driving revenue in partnership with Marketing and Sales, and addressing underperforming products. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market, industry, and opportunity analysis to identify market problems and client pain points. Develop new product ideas, conduct research, stay on top of market and competitive trends, and implement a strategic product roadmap. Client Engagement: Work collaboratively across the Experian organization to understand client needs, gather product requirements, and recommend product ideas and enhancements. Engage with clients to uncover industry-wide insights and help them prevent multiple types of fraud, meet regulatory requirements, reduce acquisition friction, and grow their business. Fraud Data Strategy: Analyze current internal and external fraud data sources for projects under your remit, evaluate new data sources, and guide a thoughtful strategy for continued data enhancement over time. Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, compliance, legal, sales, and other groups to achieve annual growth expectations. Performance Tracking: Establish and maintain metrics and track performance to ensure the delivery of expected results from all products. Monitor operational efficiency across Analytics, Data Management, Compliance, Disputes and Reporting to Consortiums. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including FCRA and GLBA attributes and scores. Financial Results: Track, forecast revenue and pipelines, and evaluate P&Ls. Responsible for the fiscal year attainment of budgeted revenue and margin/EBIT goals.
