Our loyalty team manages United MileagePlus®, building travel and lifestyle partnerships that customers can engage with every day, and works with our Star Alliance partners to ensure United can take you anywhere you want to go. The Product Manager – Digital Experience will define the product vision, build the product roadmap, and lead the implementation and continuous improvement of United’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP), enabling the team to deliver more personalized, seamless, and data-driven experiences for customers. They will translate insights into actionable requirements, partner closely with engineering and design teams across the enterprise, and ensure features launch successfully and evolve based on data, feedback, and business goals. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for content publishing requests - from managing intake and estimation to ensuring that all requests are prioritized, implemented, and reported. They will also act as a strategic leader, identifying opportunities to optimize publishing tools and processes, improve stakeholder experience, and enhance the overall digital publishing framework.
