About The Position

Diablo Immortal, a Massively Multiplayer Action-RPG mobile game set in the world of Sanctuary, lets heroes slay demons anywhere, at any time. Come work with us, and together, we’ll create something amazing. Our team of passionate developers is growing. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who understands and cares about player engagement. This person will help to create the best mobile game experiences in the world for both new and current Diablo Immortal players. This person has a sharp sense of the mobile gaming market as well as a huge well of empathy for players because they are players themselves. This role offers a flexible hybrid work week from our Irvine, CA studio location, with a mix of remote and on-site days. While hybrid is the standard arrangement, you're also welcome to work on-site full-time if you prefer. This is a temporary position for 5 months.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management within technology, games, or entertainment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a demonstrated track record of data‑driven product decisions.
  • Highly motivated and execution‑oriented, with the ability to drive ideas from concept to launch in a cross‑functional environment.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, finding creative ways to move work forward and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholders.

  • Educational background in business, quantitative fields, technology, or design.
  • Genuine passion for games and building fun, engaging, player‑first experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial success and player engagement by developing hypotheses, defining KPI targets, analyzing product performance, and iterating on feature design.
  • Optimize growth performance by improving top‑of‑funnel KPIs in close collaboration with publishing, user acquisition, and growth marketing teams.
  • Lead the design and implementation of features that measurably improve key KPIs, balancing innovation with proven best practices.
  • Develop deep expertise in Diablo Immortal and the broader F2P MMORPG competitive landscape to understand player motivations and behaviors from a global perspective.
  • Conduct rigorous experimentation, post‑mortem analysis, and player and competitor research to continuously refine business planning and execution.
  • Partner with the game team and commercial leadership to define, evolve, and execute the game’s business strategy and cohesive product roadmap.
  • Produce clear, actionable product specifications and effectively communicate requirements to drive high‑quality implementation.
  • Support and amplify player community engagement through both online and offline events.
