Diablo Immortal, a Massively Multiplayer Action-RPG mobile game set in the world of Sanctuary, lets heroes slay demons anywhere, at any time. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help bring major game updates, features, seasonal content, and live events to players around the world. In this role, you will help shape and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and long‑term player retention, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners across the organization. This role is ideal for an experienced product marketer who is passionate about mobile games, live‑service ecosystems, and player‑first storytelling, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. NOTE: This is a temporary position for 12 months. The candidate will ideally be based in Irvine; however, remote candidates within the United States will also be considered, provided they work in the West Coast time zone.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or live services marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners in a matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing across paid, owned, and organic channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear marketing takeaways.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to learn and grow as a product marketer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting live service products, ongoing campaigns, or content updates.
  • Background in mobile or free‑to‑play games.
  • Strong interest in mobile games, action RPGs, and live service development.

Responsibilities

  • Support product marketing strategy and execution for Diablo Immortal, including live service updates, seasonal content, new features, and in-game events.
  • Assist in developing and executing go-to-market plans for major releases in partnership with senior product marketing leadership.
  • Represent the voice of the player by gathering insights from player data, research, community sentiment, and market trends.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including game development, publishing, user acquisition, creative, analytics, platform, ASO, social, influencer, community, and PR, to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to product positioning and messaging frameworks and help brief partners to ensure consistency across marketing channels and player touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams on the development of marketing assets and campaign execution.
  • Work with analytics and user acquisition teams to define success metrics, track campaign performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support campaign retrospectives and post-mortems to capture learnings and improve future marketing efforts.
  • Help manage marketing calendars, asset timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and regions.
  • Partner with first-party platform teams to support app stores featuring opportunities, store optimization efforts, and feature testing initiatives.
