About The Position
This role is a high-impact product management position responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and enhancement of a consumer-focused crypto trading platform. You will collaborate across multiple functions including engineering, design, legal, and business partners to deliver seamless and scalable experiences. The position requires a strong execution mindset, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans. You will own key product features, lifecycle management, and roadmap priorities, ensuring that the crypto experience is optimized for engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- 3â10+ years of experience in technical product management or a similar role
- Domain expertise in crypto trading or a strong background in equities brokerage
- Proven track record of shipping core trading features in fast-moving environments
- Strong analytical, technical, and design sensibilities for product development
- Executive communication skills with the ability to secure buy-in from key stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, engineering, and business teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly driven to deliver results
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-velocity fintech or technology environment
Responsibilities
- Drive product execution across core consumer crypto trading and related brokerage features
- Launch high-impact features, such as in-app notifications, trading incentives, and optimized UX to increase engagement and conversion
- Own the lifecycle of crypto-specific products, including deposits, withdrawals, and staking
- Maintain and prioritize product roadmap segments in alignment with overall strategic objectives
- Translate technical, partner, and regulatory requirements into clear user flows, tickets, and stakeholder updates
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including onboarding, post-purchase, wallet, UX, engineering, legal, and retail partners
- Ensure seamless and scalable experiences across the app while balancing speed, quality, and compliance considerations
