About The Position

We are architecting the next era of global finance. By integrating the scarcity of Bitcoin, the utility of Stablecoins, and the structural efficiency of Tokenization, we are evolving from static account-ledgers to a borderless, programmable, and inclusive economy. As a Sr. Staff Product Manager, you will lead a large, cross-functional core team within the Crypto Business Unit. This is a high-leverage role where you will act as a strategic anchor, not only for your immediate team but for the Product function across the entire organization. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex technology and world-class consumer experiences.

Requirements

High-Scale Consumer Expertise: Years of experience building and scaling financial products that millions of people use and trust.
Technical Domain Fluency: A deep understanding of digital assets and decentralized infrastructure. You can speak the language of engineers and understand how to use technical "building blocks" to solve customer problems.
The "Simplifier" Mindset: A proven ability to take highly technical, jargon-heavy “crypto” concepts and translate them into delightful, human-centric consumer experiences.
Regulatory Sophistication: Experience navigating complex global regulatory frameworks and working closely with Legal and Compliance teams to build sustainable, secure products.
Staff-Level Leadership: You lead through influence, mentors senior peers, and has a track record of driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority.
Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data analysis and a deep understanding of how product decisions impact the broader business ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for our crypto initiatives, defining a high-impact roadmap that scales our offerings globally.
"Hiding the Crypto": Leading the design of "invisible" blockchain experiences. You will use abstraction to deliver the speed and transparency of decentralized finance without forcing users to manage private keys or understand blockchain fees.
Strategic Mentorship: Raising the bar for the entire Crypto Business Unit by mentoring Lead and Senior PMs on product craft, execution velocity, and navigating the complexity of Web3.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partnering across business units to align roadmaps, identify synergies, and ensure the Crypto Business Unit contributes to Nu’s broader strategic goals.
Business Excellence: Analyzing unit economics, benchmarking the competitive landscape, and defining KPIs that ensure our products deliver both user value and business impact.
Operational Rituals: Managing OKRs and long-term planning in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, ensuring the team maintains high delivery standards.
