About The Position

Your Role The Digital Member Experience team is reimagining our digital customer experience and leading the transformation of the healthcare industry. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr. Manager, Product Management – Digital Member Experience. In this role you will leverage your expertise in Product Management and consumer experiences to help us define the short-term and long-term product roadmaps, collaborate with internal business partners on product deliverables, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast paced, agile environment. You will be responsible for managing product development deliverables such as requirements documentation, analytics, design reviews, implementation, and delivery. Platform Knowledge: We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with deep expertise in both web and mobile application development. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to mobile app innovation, with a strong command of native mobile experiences and a proven ability to drive user-centric solutions across platforms.
