About The Position

Your Role The Provider and Clinical Transformation team transform provider and clinical experiences, delivering extreme value to the business and meaningful impact across the healthcare ecosystem. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Provider and Clinical Transformation. In this role you will use your Product Management expertise to connect provider and/or clinical product strategies, creating value-driven roadmaps, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will be responsible for managing product development deliverables, such as detailed requirements documentation, data analytics, member journeys, design reviews, product reviews, implementation and delivery. Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship required.
  • Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in leading initiatives, with a proven track record in developing and implementing provider, claims or clinical strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive strategy and innovation in a complex healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare, specifically health plan operations experience required
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and interact with diverse stakeholders and stakeholder management
  • Experience with AI and machine learning tools in a healthcare setting highly preferred
  • Experience in an agile software development environment with rapid feedback loops and quick release cycles

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable.
  • Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification: Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Scrum Master (SM), or Agile Product Management (APM) highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas.
  • Exhibit natural and intuitive user empathy
  • Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration
  • Conduct secondary market research
  • Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions
  • Lead agile backlog prioritization for iterations, quick wins, and longer-term enhancements
  • Report regularly to senior management and stakeholders on the progress, impact and strategic adjustments of initiatives
  • Establish and monitor outcomes to measure success and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors or customers to define, execute and launch
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and models to enhance provider, claims and clinical functionality
  • Monitor competitive landscape; develop new perspectives and innovative approaches, and execute strategic and departmental priorities
