The Product Consultant supports the strategy, design, implementation, and performance optimization of Southwest Airlines’ air products, including branded fare products. This role is responsible for identifying and deploying new air product optimizations and capabilities to enhance Southwest’s product portfolio, conducting market research, analyzing product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the Customer experience. The Consultant will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with Southwest’s overall business objectives. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.
