This position is responsible for supporting the implementation, ongoing management, and sales enablement of the Individual Retirement Annuities product lines, with primary emphasis on compensation management. The incumbent will lead and support initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic alignment across product, distributor, and compensation programs. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of product and non-product initiatives, collaborating closely with internal business partners and external distribution partners. This role requires a high degree of subject matter expertise in annuity compensation, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
