About The Position

Hallmark Health Care Solutions was founded to strengthen communities by producing technologies, support services, and thought leadership that improve patient care and community health outcomes. Our software platform allows health systems to schedule staffing to the right places at the right time, forecast demand for future shifts, and understand the big picture of provider compensation. Hallmark’s customers are primarily medium to large health systems (networks of hospitals, care centers, and providers) who want to understand their labor workforce better. We are currently seeking a Product Trainer for our Provider Compensation platform specializing in developing the training approach, creating training materials, and delivering focused product training to our clients and end users. As a Product Trainer, you’ll have responsibilities to develop and deliver a training framework and associated education for our core technology products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a trainer in midsize companies is required
  • Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office 365 applications is required
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and/or technical processes is required
  • Positive team player, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience in creating and/or presenting training materials
  • Attention to details, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers and proven track record of working collaboratively to improve customer experience
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences that include project manager and support teams

Responsibilities

  • Developing, coordinating, and conducting core product training, both clients as well as internal users.
  • Conducting orientation programs and training for new employees.
  • Coordinating with the necessary internal resources to design the training roll out approach including complete testing and training schedules.
  • Create training documents and update user manuals to match the client specific scope requirements for our technology products
  • Work closely with business stake holders, end users, sales, product management, technical support, IT, and other internal stakeholders to understand training needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, evaluate, and implement improvements and grow adoption.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain tight timelines and priorities in a highly professional manner.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and process improvement is essential.
  • Ability to travel 20 to 30% of the time within the United States as required.
