The Job: As a Product Manager (Combo Kits - DEWALT), you’ll be part of our product management team working as a hybrid employee.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good written/verbal communication, presentation skills, and ability to apply end-user insights and influence others.
  • Product knowledge, PPT & OPE market understanding, Microsoft Office/Power BI, SAP/BW, Metastorm, Windchill, Qlik
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete product lifecycle process, alongside the Product Management team from concept to delivery
  • Assist in market functions relating to assigned product lines as well as general departmental Functions.
  • Driving and developing new kits launches – working cross-functionally to set up new products while overseeing and partnering on sales and promotion programs.
  • Developing and implementing materials and web content; benchmark competitors and perform competitive pricing analysis.
  • Responsible for development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for the profitable management of pricing, gross margins, collateral materials and a monthly forecast of product lines to include detailed tactics required to meet strategic objectives.
  • Maintain an awareness of trends in the industry and related industries and develop a deep understanding of the end user in order to incorporate these insights into successful new kit launches.
  • Supporting and preparing for customer meetings, presentations and line reviews.
  • Assist in leading cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives, as well as act as the point of contact for manufacturing, purchasing, sales, quality and engineering.
  • Validation of Product CTQs, Testing & Claims with End Users
  • Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders.
