Requirements
- Basic computer skills (Tablet / HMI / Scanners / Labels)
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and comprehension)
- Train on and complete three (3) OJTs for all required job clarifications within nine (9) months
- Maintain status and certifications in each classification.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to multi-task and perform various job duties.
- Ability to communicate with Supervision.
- Follow all work and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ability to cross-train in multiple classifications and fulfill responsibilities based on department and plant needs. Required classifications are the following: Special Batch Mixer/Filler
- Batch Mixer/Filler Blending
- Batch Mixer/Filler UV
- Pumper
- Certified Tub Washer
- Forklift
- Ability to monitor and record indicators to ensure correct operations (pressure readings, temperature readings, agitator speeds, etc)
- Other duties as assigned.
