This highly visible role drives growth, profitability, and innovation across one of PRD's most dynamic product portfolios. As a Product Manager, you'll lead strategic and tactical initiatives that elevate customer value and expand the product line's market presence. Reporting to the LIPE Product Line Manager, this role partners extensively with engineering, operations, sales, and business development teams to deliver new products, optimize existing portfolios, support product transitions, and champion VOC-driven innovation. You'll influence product strategy, pricing, roadmap development, and customer engagement — all while supporting a rapidly growing Cable Accessories business with global reach. In this role you will build success through: Drive Product Line Growth & Financial Performance -Achieve annual Profit Plan objectives for orders, sales, margin, product vitality, and market share. -Manage product mix and price positioning to meet profitability targets; recommend and execute pricing actions. -Provide regular market and competitive analysis to support demand forecasting, SIOP planning. Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution -Identify, gather, and synthesize Voice-of-Customer (VOC) insights to shape new product opportunities, value engineering initiatives, and product optimization efforts. -Support development of the annual strategic plan for the LIPE product line; align roadmap inputs with business priorities. -Partner with Engineering, quality and operations to drive innovation and deliver enhanced solutions for power distribution equipment customers. Execute Product Launches & Commercial Marketing -Lead hard and soft launches for new products, collaborating with MarCom, engineering, sales and the LIPE marketing team. -Create and manage product documentation, sales tools, digital content, presentations, cross-references, videos, and literature to support commercial execution. -Support participation in division-wide marketing programs, including trade shows and industry events. Enable Sales, Customers & Channel Partners -Collaborate closely with Utility, C&I and OEM Sales teams to develop winning proposals and support annual orders planning.
