The Associate Product Manager partners with Product Managers to shape product strategy and support the full product lifecycle. This role works cross-functionally to support customers and stakeholders, solve product challenges, and drive customer satisfaction across applications, sales, pricing, and quality. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience : 2-4 years in related role.
• Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze and interpret market data.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Systems : Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Strategy : Understand and communicate global product strategy, partner with Marketing, and execute business plans to successfully launch and grow product lines.
• Manage the Product Lifecycle : Support products from concept through launch.
• Serve as a Technical Resource : Deliver application support, develop technical and product collateral, and train sales teams.
• Lead Competitive & Market Analysis : Analyze competitors, value propositions, market size and share, and pricing to inform strategy.
• Support Operations Planning : Contribute to pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and manufacturing cost inputs.
• Champion Customer Needs : Partner with internal teams to address customer inquiries and ensure solutions meet market needs.
