About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and build Tennr’s analytics & insights platform, powering real-time visibility, embedded analytics, self-service exploration, and actionable insights for every customer across every product. This is the intelligence layer that brings clarity to operations, identifies automation opportunities, quantifies Tennr’s ROI, and ultimately turns data into a tool to reduce patient delays and denials in healthcare. As the Analytics PM, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of Tennr’s customer-facing analytics, taking it from 0→1 and then 1→scale with clarity, urgency, and ownership of outcomes. You’ll deeply understand customer priorities, uncover high-leverage signals in operational data, and build modern, intuitive, narrative-rich data experiences. This is a rare opportunity to build a world-class analytics layer from the ground up and shape how customers understand, interact with, and improve their healthcare operations through data. This is a highly cross-functional, analytical, and user-focused role — perfect for someone who loves turning messy, complex data into simple, actionable user experiences. You will partner closely with design, data, engineering, customer success, and other product managers. You should be energized by digging into data, skilled at navigating technical complexity, and ready to serve as the person who ties together customer needs, data realities, and product experience.

Requirements

  • Product minded: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, data/analytics products, or workflow/operations tools.
  • Proven builder: Proven ability to take ambiguous product ideas from concept to launch and from prototype to revenue, especially in fast-moving environments.
  • Data fluency: Skilled at understanding data structures, defining the metrics that matter, and translating analytical needs into clear requirements for data and engineering teams.
  • Highly collaborative: Effective at working across Data, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and other PMs to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum.
  • Design thinking: Skilled at uncovering user needs, synthesizing insights, and translating them into intuitive, interactive data experiences.
  • Strong communicator: Able to translate business priorities, customer needs, technical complexity into clear product narratives for executives, customers, and partners.
  • Bias to action: Energized to move fast, test ideas, and refine through feedback.
  • Ownership mindset: Accountable for outcomes, thrives in low-structure environments, and comfortable owning strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the success of Tennr’s analytics & insights suite, focusing on outcomes and impact and ensuring everything we build delivers substantial value for customers.
  • Define the analytics roadmap by leading rigorous product discovery, identifying high-leverage opportunities, and setting a unified strategy that scales across all Tennr products and customer verticals.
  • Build, launch, and iterate on customer-facing analytics from 0→1 and then 1→scale, ensuring fast learning cycles, high-quality execution, and a cohesive platform experience.
  • Shape Tennr’s data infrastructure by partnering with the Data Platform team to define the right semantic layer and data models needed to power fast, trustworthy insights.
  • Drive adoption and commercial success by enabling go-to-market teams, shaping the commercial strategy, and ensuring analytics is positioned as a meaningful differentiator for Tennr.
