The Role As a Manager on the Membership Product Management team, you will guide product strategy, discovery, development and delivery for all Membership products. Success means launching features that move key metrics, create member delight, and strengthen AAA’s market position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years leading the full product lifecycle for customer-facing products, with multiple launches that moved key metrics.
  • Demonstrated success launching Consumer products in Insurance, Travel, Financial Services, Automotive, Mobility, Loyalty, Subscription or similar businesses.
  • Advanced ability to think strategically and transform strategy into actionable plans.
  • Fluency with discovery techniques, experimentation frameworks, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to simplify complexity, drive consensus, and influence without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Blend data, member insights, and market trends to uncover high-value opportunities.
  • Directs the development, planning and implementation of innovative and creative solutions that meet existing market needs, increase the value of current products, and/or introduce new product/service opportunities.
  • Craft persuasive business cases that link value, effort, risk and success metrics, moving cross-functional squads to act.
  • Orchestrate cross-team alignment so that requirements and plans stay aligned.
  • Run experiments, analyze performance, and refine based on evidence.
  • Track outcomes obsessively with dashboards, turning data into actionable next steps that accelerate impact.
  • Build influence capital by building trust with stakeholders, celebrating shared wins, and cultivating a customer-centric mindset.
  • Hire, coach, manage and motivate staff to achieve product goals and objectives.
