About The Position

You will be responsible for capturing customer needs, coordinating product plans, building roadmaps, designing features, and delivering them to unlock new capabilities. These deeply technical roles are a mix of diving into customer and system data, designing large-scale service interactions, delivering complex distributed systems, and working alongside senior technical leaders across the company on technical roadmap and strategy. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
  • 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).

Responsibilities

  • Partner across Microsoft to understand business goals, user needs, collect requirements, and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact across all areas.
  • Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities.
  • Successfully validate and improve product solutions over time through data analysis and experimentation
  • Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope across desktop, mobile and web.
  • Collaborate with senior technical leadership across the company to set direction and roadmap
  • Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.
