About The Position

You will be part of the Product Sales & Marketing Team and own the end-to-end delivery of new Modular Power POD products and major releases, from approved concept to industrialization and launch. The Modular Power POD is a standard, off‑the‑shelf containerized solution integrating power and cooling (container, power transformer, RMU, UPS, CRAC/CRAH, batteries, power cabinets, and optional chillers). Working in close partnership with Product Leadership and Engineering, you will define and execute the master plan, scope, milestones, budget and resources, and ensure Modular Power POD products are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality, performance and compliance standards. Your work will directly enable the company’s ability to scale standard, off-the-shelf containerized power and cooling solutions for high-density AI and datacenter deployments.

  • Proven track record delivering multi‑disciplinary engineering projects (mechanical + electrical + controls) on time and on budget.
  • Experience working with industrialization/manufacturing and supply chain on prefabricated or containerized solutions (plants, power modules, cooling containers, micro‑DCs).
  • Strong project management, delivery and planning skills, with solid understanding of cost, risk and dependencies.
  • Sufficient MEP technical literacy to challenge and align engineering teams and engage credibly with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
