SUMMARY: Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and producing high-quality graphics and photo/video content, while also developing and producing the in-store marketing materials that drive retail store traffic and conversion while meeting budgets. Ensure all employees are treated consistently, fairly, ethically, and respectfully Serve as the hands-on creator, shooting high-quality photography & video in-house as well as planning & executing photoshoots utilizing professional photographer for major product launches or features. Provide creative direction for photo and video shoots, including storyboarding, and prop styling. Edit, color-correct, and retouch photos and videos, ensuring they meet brand standards and platform specific requirements (e.g. printed signage, web, SM, email, in-store digital screens). Produce creative assets/deliverables to fit various formats to support a unified launch strategy. Organize and manage a library of creative assets. Design and develop compelling, brand-consistent, in-store promotional materials including, but not limited to, signage, light boxes, posters, graphics needed for product and window displays. Visit retail stores regularly to get feedback, determine opportunities and effectiveness of displays and ensure standards are met. Research and source new, innovative concepts, ideas and solutions for photography and in-store signage/graphics. Incorporate and propose while planning for future launches. Other duties as assigned.
