Influencer marketing is especially important in the crypto industry to showcase crypto innovation, educate various market segments, build trust, and ultimately convert new clients. Kraken has dozens of KOL partners today and is looking to take our approach and management to the next level. We are seeking someone who is experienced in the Influencer Marketing world, specifically within the crypto industry, to help execute on our approach and “roll up their sleeves” in supporting our global partners. The opportunity Execute Kraken's global influencer marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and product adoption. Manage the day-to-day sourcing, contracting, and coordination of influencers across key global markets. Support scaling efforts by improving workflows, utilizing technology platforms, and coordinating with external partners and agencies in international regions. Ensure all influencer activity complies with applicable financial promotion and influencer marketing regulations globally, including required disclosures and content monitoring. Negotiate and manage influencer agreements that balance competitive compensation with measurable ROI. Identify and onboard top influencers in categories such as crypto analysis, trading, investing, and related lifestyle or finance topics. Collaborate with influencers and internal creative teams to develop compelling, authentic content that aligns with Kraken's brand voice and campaign objectives. Contribute to the development of local-first influencer initiatives that resonate with regional audiences and outperform competitors. Support experimental or new partnership models to expand Kraken's reach and engagement in the influencer ecosystem. Take a hands-on approach to execution — including recruiting influencers, building and maintaining influencer web pages, managing social content, assisting with events, and engaging with community channels. Track and report on influencer campaign performance; analyze data to optimize deals, messaging, and strategy for improved results. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

7+ years in a marketing role where you autonomously developed marketing/growth strategies and delivered successful campaigns.
Significant experience with Influencer Marketing, predominantly in the crypto space
A proven track record in growing new users in a highly competitive and regulated environment.
Ideally located in Europe timezone but with global experience in regions all over the world
Advanced crypto knowledge including how crypto products work, crypto revenue models, and the crypto players in your region.
Existing relationships with crypto and adjacent industry influencers
Experience with software to manage influencers across the deal's lifecycle and scaling processes to handle >100 influencers
Experience across a large product suite, where we may leverage different influencers to promote multiple topics and products
Strong experience leveraging marketing analytics, including how to measure partnership success
We will strongly assess creative thinking; we are looking for people that have growth ideas grounded in logic and data, while being capable of supporting their ideas and persuading others to enact them
