We're seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager who can move fast and take ownership. You'll scale our creator partnership programs from day one, making strategic decisions autonomously while keeping stakeholders informed. This role requires someone who ships quickly, learns from data, and iterates rather than waiting for perfect information. This role sits within our Growth team and will work closely with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Organic Social to drive user acquisition and brand awareness through authentic creator content and user-generated assets. You'll manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns—from creator discovery and partnership negotiations to content strategy and performance optimization. Additionally, you'll build and scale our UGC programs to create a continuous stream of authentic gaming content for paid amplification and organic growth.
