About The Position

The Product & Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for positioning, launching, and driving product adoption by connecting product strategy to market demand. This role blends product marketing and growth marketing, owning ICP definition, value propositions, go-to-market messaging, and launch readiness. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams, this role ensures products are clearly differentiated, market-ready, and supported by messaging and enablement that drive growth and revenue impact. This is an on-site, full-time role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or demand-focused roles.
  • Experience defining product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience supporting product launches, including launch planning, messaging, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, use cases, and customer journeys.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities and roadmaps into clear, market-ready narratives.
  • Experience supporting the full customer lifecycle, from awareness and acquisition through retention and advocacy.
  • Hands-on experience with growth and analytics tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Experience using SEO and competitive research tools such as Semrush.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software to support lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and pipeline visibility.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable messaging and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and priority use cases to guide growth and go-to-market efforts.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and pipeline growth.
  • Translate product capabilities and roadmap updates into growth-oriented messaging, campaigns, and launch materials.
  • Lead go-to-market and launch readiness activities to ensure products are market-ready and growth-enabled.
  • Partner with execution teams across the full customer lifecycle -from awareness and acquisition through onboarding, expansion, and advocacy -by aligning messaging and experiences across touchpoints.
  • Use performance data, market insights, and customer feedback to optimize messaging, segment focus, and growth strategies.
  • Support experimentation and iteration by informing tests around messaging, offers, and use-case prioritization.
  • Deliver sales enablement materials that support conversion, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent value delivery and a cohesive customer experience throughout the funnel/flywheel
  • Own the marketing and planning framework that supports company growth and revenue objectives.
  • In conjunction with the Vice President of Marketing, develop and maintain documented demand generation plans, roadmaps, and campaign strategies.
  • Develop and maintain reporting on goals, KPIs, and success metrics for demand programs in alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate research and business goals into clear strategic briefs and planning documentation for execution teams.
  • Own marketing performance reporting, including funnel metrics, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contribution.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead campaign retrospectives and post-campaign analysis, documenting learnings and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain demand generation playbooks, frameworks, and SOP documentation.
  • Ensure marketing plans follow Marketing Department Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support experimentation and testing strategy by defining hypotheses, success criteria, and evaluation plans.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and strategic updates to marketing leadership.
  • Continuously refine planning and reporting processes to improve clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
