Requirements

Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or related field. Foreign equivalent accepted. Experience of 36 months in Job offered or in a related occupation
Requires 36 months of experience in the following
Effectively collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals
Quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
Designing multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decision
Creative product ideas to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed events of a product experience
Clearly communicating data driven product insights to influence leadership direction and
Data querying languages (e.g. SQL)

Responsibilities

Lead growth and marketing strategy across a large product area and drive cross-organizational alignment.
Drive long term growth of Meta products through a combination of data analysis, market research analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences.
Understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence growth strategy.
Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize long term growth.
Enable execution on high-impact projects by building strong cross-functional relationships, driving clarity on goals, and implementing collaborative solutions.
