Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • 8 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing or development management.
  • 8 years of experience in people management.
  • Experience supporting or leading multiple projects and managing engineering team.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Product Engineering for hardware technology and systems.
  • Ability to work, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team, defining priorities that support organizational goals.
  • Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to help them understand and apply RCCA tools and principles and analyze/understand failure to resolve issues.
  • Lead the team in run-the-business activities, ensuring contract manufacturers meet quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD) goals, and directing Product Health Reviews to drive continuous improvement across key performance metrics (e.g., yield, capacity, NPI transition).
  • Partner with NPI leadership to integrate sustaining team insights into the manufacturing plan, DFx, and test strategy, and collaborate on risk mitigation to ensure predictable and scalable mass production.
  • Partner with Quality leaders to achieve product quality and reliability goals, guiding and validating product qualification plans and results.
