The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Product Engineering Director, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading global product engineering strategy for Automotive & Aerospace portfolios, ensuring robust product capability and manufacturing consistency across global sites. Implementing technical programs that ensure material performance, durability, thermal stability, and qualification to automotive and aerospace standards. Determining requirements for PPAP-level documentation, change control, risk assessment, and compliance for regulated mobility and aerospace markets. Supporting supply continuity initiatives, including raw material strategy, alternate sourcing, and supplier technical engagement. Leading global cross-functional collaboration with OEM engineering, application engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product robustness and resolve field issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Three (3) years of experience in product engineering within automotive, aerospace, or transportation environments in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in engineering or related STEM disciplines from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of experience leading cross-functional product improvement or commercialization programs in automotive or aerospace markets
  • Skills include strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to influence across global teams
