Your responsibilities include leading the product life cycle, adapting to market trends, and developing new methodologies to support growth. You will coach and mentor the product team, ensuring best practices in solution generation and product adoption. Your role is accountable for product performance and investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives. You will monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation. Your expertise in AI technologies, document management, and product analytics will be essential in delivering quality solutions. You will influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, and value management. Your leadership will drive change within organizations and manage stakeholders across multiple functions. Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Requirements

  • Experience leading AI technologies including OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Agentic implementations.
  • Experience with document management.
  • 15+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities.
  • Experience driving change within organizations.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Strong executive communication and narrative skills.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and technology skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable business results through AI-driven document solutions.
