About The Position

We're looking for a Product Engineer who leads through teams — not just through code. You'll own product areas end-to-end, working closely with engineering and design to remove friction, ship fast, and create experiences that developers love.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years leading a team
Strong full-stack or front-end background with a product or internal tooling focus
Demonstrated ability to delegate, transfer context, and drive outcomes through a team — not just as an individual contributor
Track record of shipping user-facing features with high craft and attention to developer experience
Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools (IDE agents, CLI tools, or multi-agent workflows) and an experimentation mindset around them

Responsibilities

Lead a squad of engineers to deliver product outcomes, transferring context effectively and empowering the team to execute without bottlenecks
Own full-stack or front-end product surfaces, making high-quality decisions across architecture, UX, and implementation
Drive user empathy into the engineering process — understanding the developer journey and reducing friction at every layer
Partner with engineering managers and product stakeholders to define scope, sequence work, and raise the bar on quality
Actively experiment with and leverage AI-assisted development workflows, bringing a forward-thinking mindset to how the team builds
