The Product Engineer supports engineering projects by conducting analysis (e.g., competitive, failure modes, cost), designing components, verifying specifications, and implementing manufacturing processes. They may also manage small projects and contribute ideas for innovative product features, with occasional field support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 1-2 years of mechanical engineering experience.
  • Experience with Teamcenter and NX.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Nice To Haves

  • Sheet metal, injection molded plastic, extruded plastic product design is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute diverse engineering tasks and projects, following established processes and guidelines.
  • Create and review technical documents (plans, sketches, reports) and track progress.
  • Work closely with engineers and global team members to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare clear reports and summaries on project progress and results.
  • Assist in developing technical project proposals.
