Spectrolab, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, seeks a Product Engineer to lead the development of new Illumination and Solar Panel and Solar Array products and work closely with a cross-functional team to generate design and manufacturing documentation and ensure customer requirements are met on time and within budget. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where a continuous learning mindset is critical. Spectrolab (SPL) is the world’s leading merchant supplier of the highest efficiency multijunction solar cells for spacecraft power systems, with proven reliability drawn from 65 years of space heritage. SPL’s state-of-the-art space solar cells and panels power satellites in Earth’s orbit, as well as the International Space Station.
