About The Position

As part of our Product Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the design, validation, and manufacturing support of new products, as well as improving existing products and processes. Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing with strong mechanical skills
• 5+ years SolidWorks (parametric modeling, assemblies)
• Experience with machining, welding, sheet metal, inspection tools
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Nice To Haves

• SolidWorks surfaces & sheet metal
• Welding, tooling, or fixture design
• Basic electronics, hydraulics, or pneumatics

Responsibilities

• Design new products and improve existing equipment
• Create 3D models, drawings, and BOMs in SolidWorks
• Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost
• Lead multiple engineering projects
• Work directly with production to solve shop‑floor issues
• Improve product performance, safety, and reliability
