About The Position

This role is a hands-on, full-stack product engineering position focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes and shaping the product through direct engagement. You will work closely with key customers and prospects to build, implement, and scale integrations while driving product improvements from idea to execution. The position operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, offering exposure to both technical challenges and strategic opportunities. You will contribute to a high-growth, fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams to unblock complex implementations and deliver meaningful impact. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with customer empathy, a product-oriented mindset, and the ability to prioritize and deliver results under tight timelines. Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, comfortable contributing across backend and frontend
  • Strong product sense with the ability to translate customer needs into long-term solutions
  • Experience working directly with customers and a demonstrated ability to help them succeed
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of building trust and clarity with technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  • Professional, proactive, and optimistic, with a high standard for quality and delivery
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key customers to guide integration builds, implementations, and scaling efforts
  • Build and ship product features requested by customers with speed and quality
  • Take projects end-to-end: understand customer needs, design solutions, implement, and iterate
  • Serve as a feedback loop into the product roadmap by identifying gaps, pain points, and opportunities
  • Support complex use cases via calls, technical deep dives, Slack, and pairing sessions
  • Assist prospects during evaluations and POCs to ensure early success and adoption
  • Debug challenging integration or platform issues and drive them to resolution
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to prioritize and execute work
  • Balance multiple customer threads while maintaining high-quality delivery and product improvements
