Job Summary A Product Enablement Specialist is focused on serving as a product ambassador, both internally and externally, by championing DiRoots and Bluebeam solutions through compelling product demonstrations and practical workflow expertise. This role is responsible for showing how DiRoots tools within Revit and Civil 3D and Bluebeam solutions for document review, markup, collaboration, and quantity takeoff solve real-world AEC challenges. The specialist serves as the dedicated technical and practical product expert for demonstrations, helping prospects, customers, and internal teams understand product value through real use cases and industry workflows.

Requirements

  • Product Expertise Deep understanding of the products, their capabilities, and limitations, with the ability to identify and communicate practical solutions. Experience should include expertise in one or more of the following: DiRoots tools for Revit and/or Civil 3D Bluebeam Revu and Bluebeam workflow solutions Autodesk-based design and documentation workflows AEC industry processes across design, coordination, documentation, and review
  • Presentation Skills Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in: Conducting live software demonstrations Answering questions on the spot Tailoring product messaging to customer pain points Expressing genuine energy and excitement around the products
  • Technical Aptitude Ability to engage with complex software and technical workflows and simplify their value for non-technical, technical, or mixed audiences. This includes the ability to translate product features into outcomes such as: Better document control Faster markup and review cycles Improved model and data management More efficient team workflows
  • This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines. Candidates must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, travel between office locations (including those with stairs), and lift up to 30 pounds. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities (with or without aids), are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct live product demonstrations for customers, tailored to their specific needs, workflows, and pain points. This includes demonstrating: DiRoots workflows in Revit and Civil 3D Bluebeam workflows for markup, document review, collaboration, quantity takeoff, and standardized tool usage Real-world applications that connect product functionality to measurable workflow improvements
  • Assist in developing and conducting training for customers and internal technical specialists specifically around DiRoots products, so they can better incorporate those tools into their workflows, training, and customer conversations.
  • Gather feedback from demonstrations, follow up with customers after trials, and share insights with the DiRoots Product Development team to help improve product direction and usability.
  • Attend and participate in discipline-specific Service Team meetings, but rather than being assigned to traditional consulting or production work, focus on: DiRoots product demonstrations Bluebeam product demonstrations Discovery and IAR calls Helping scope requirements for custom development projects
