As a Product Discovery & Adoption Partner, you'll serve as a bridge between science and strategy. You'll partner with Promega's R&D scientists to identify unmet needs in molecular and cellular biology, co-create solutions, and guide early adoption in the field. You'll use both scientific understanding and data-driven insights-applying machine learning and AI analytics to uncover patterns, predict adoption, and sharpen opportunity focus. Your work will help translate scientific potential into products that accelerate discovery and advance our customers' missions. You bring deep experience in molecular or cellular biology and understand the workflows, tools, and questions driving research today. You enjoy connecting the dots between the bench, the market, and the business case-and you're comfortable blending intuition with evidence. You've likely worked in product development, translational science, or a research setting where innovation meets application. If you're also curious about how AI and data science can amplify discovery and decision-making, you'll fit right in here. We're a cross-disciplinary group of scientists and innovators who live at the intersection of discovery and commercialization. Our team collaborates closely with R&D, operations, and marketing to bring new technologies to life-products that empower researchers in molecular and cellular biology to explore the frontiers of gene expression, protein analysis, and genomic discovery. We're curious, mission-driven, and increasingly data-fluent-integrating digital tools and AI insights to understand our customers' challenges and shape the next generation of life science solutions. The Product Discovery & Adoption Partner (PD&A) serves as a co-inventor and entrepreneurial counterpart to R&D, responsible for translating mission-critical unmet customer needs into product development and adoption strategies. PD&As bridge scientific discovery with commercial realization, ensuring Promega innovations advance customer breakthroughs while achieving the desired business impact.
