About The Position

This is a remote role that may be hired in multiple markets within the United States. However, preference is given to Raleigh, NC, Carlotte, NC, and other locations in the eastern time zone. This role sits within our Digital Enterprise Operations organization, more specifically within Payments Business Implementation. This role will execute product and digital business implementation initiatives, using change management and instructional design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with digital product managers to maintain alignment on product roadmaps through ongoing updates and pre-existing routines
  • Identify and assess product features/initiatives that will impact client experience and/or internal associates
  • Develop readiness plans detailing activities required to prepare clients and/or internal teams for product changes/initiatives
  • Identify and engage stakeholders requiring awareness and preparation for upcoming product releases and align on communication plans for their team
  • Identify and coordinate with cross-functional contributors responsible for executing readiness initiatives
  • Collaborate with product managers to develop and align on communication strategies as needed
  • Manage to agreed upon OKRs and provide regular progress reporting
  • Execute on content creation and communication
  • Obtain requisite legal and compliance approvals, if needed
