We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to contribute to next level of growth and expansion. We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to support the statement communications channel within a large, regulated financial services environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer statements are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, while also supporting marketing content, operational controls, and ongoing improvements to statement production processes. The position partners closely with technology, marketing, operations, compliance, and external vendors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in credit card, financial services, statement operations, or regulated customer communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of credit card systems, customer data, and operational workflows
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technology, marketing, compliance, and operations teams
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and process mindset
  • Comfortable supporting audits, documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Project execution experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated, matrixed environment
  • Ownership mindset, adaptability, and comfort balancing multiple priorities
  • Hybrid work schedule (on-site 3 days per week)

  • Jira and statement platform experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the end-to-end statement process to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely customer communications
  • Execute statement-based marketing campaigns, including content coordination, testing, and quality assurance
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to resolve statement production issues and implement enhancements
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and operational controls related to statement communications
  • Deliver statement projects, including documentation, testing, validation, and stakeholder coordination
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency, cost savings, and risk reduction
  • Assist with new program or partner onboarding related to statements and communications
