We are looking for a Product Development Specialist who is passionate about food innovation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to turn ideas into delicious, scalable products. The Product Development Specialist will report to the SVP of Innovation to support development of new products from concept testing and scale/up formulations. This role will collaborate closely with experienced chefs, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure that product meets our high standards for quality. This role will interact with leaders across the company and must possess excellent communication skills, and comfort working within a high-change environment with multiple priorities.
