About The Position

Grow Therapy is seeking experienced Product Designers to shape and elevate the core user experiences across our product suite. This role is focused on designing thoughtful, elegant solutions that solve real problems, delight users, and drive meaningful engagement. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other designers to craft experiences that feel intuitive and impactful — from early concept through execution and iteration. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX and interaction work.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver experience design across web and/or mobile platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of modern design systems.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to solve complex user and business problems.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate design decisions with clarity and empathy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on consumer or consumer-adjacent products with high user engagement.
  • Comfort designing for both web and mobile, and understanding key differences in patterns and constraints.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and data-informed decision making.
  • Experience contributing to or leading parts of a design system.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design work for significant product areas, from discovery and prototyping through delivery and iteration.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to define and shape problems, design solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Apply strong UX fundamentals, systems thinking, and interaction design to make complex workflows feel intuitive.
  • Contribute to and evolve Grow’s design system and cross-platform UI patterns.
  • Conduct and incorporate user research and data to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Communicate design rationale and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
