About The Position

Ever is building the future of auto retail. As the first AI-native auto retail platform, we are building the next $100B+ automotive business, starting with electric vehicles. Requirements

5+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments
Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI craft
Experience building products from the ground up
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for consumer, marketplace or business tooling products
Expert in Figma
Strong web product design experience
Strong iOS / Android experience
Experience building or contributing to design systems
UX research and usability testing fundamentals

Responsibilities

Work closely with the CTO, CEO, and product team to craft exceptional customer experiences
Design intuitive flows across customer-facing and internal tools
Turn complex problems into simple, elegant UX
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
Collaborate directly with users to test and improve usability
Help shape Ever’s design system and product quality bar
